About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a post-acute care professional, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
  • Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor its use
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
