LPN Job Specification:

Providing direct care and support to residents in a healthcare facility.


LPN Responsibilities:
  • Delivering excellent patient care.
  • Managing patient care according to individual needs.
  • Conducting patient interviews and documenting medical history and physical condition.
  • Obtaining vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
  • Administering routine care for patients.
  • Assisting physicians and registered nurses.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and their families.
  • Performing standard diagnostic procedures.
  • Administering medications.

LPN Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
  • BLS or Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).

Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
