Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lawn Care Technician to join our team. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of quality work, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, and edging, to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other machinery, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in lawn care or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
