**About the Role:**

The IT Operations Manager will play a critical role in synchronizing and directing the operations and activities for the IT enterprise environment, ensuring optimal performance and resilience. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of tasks, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that enterprise infrastructure support services, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions, are delivered effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the daily operations and management of all tasks across EOIR IT enterprise environment.
  • Liaise with key personnel, such as system engineers, network engineers, and technical support specialists, to ensure integrated support is provided.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with GTMs and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding project status and deliverables.
  • Manage personnel by tracking project progress and performance, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Lead a disciplined program management approach encompassing risk management, configuration management, and quality assurance.

**Requirements:**

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Candidate must possess active Pubic Trust Clearance.
  • This position is onsite at designated DOJ locations.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 years' related experience or Master's Degree with 8 years' related experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise IT projects, preferably within a government contracting environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions.

**Compensation:** $130,000.00 per year
