Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute complex technical projects for Enterprise clients
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations
  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation tasks and deadlines
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally, in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale technical SaaS projects for Enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and experience using SQL databases
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile Scrum
  • Ideally, a strong understanding of data privacy and data security technologies and compliance frameworks
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Ability to work 3 days/week in an office
