- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel
- Proven track record of supervising and training kitchen staff
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
