Sales Position

Burgess Construction is looking for a talented Residential Deck Sales Representative to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and promoting our products and services. With a passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to excellence, you will thrive in this fast-paced sales environment and contribute to the continued success of our company.

Compensation:

$150,000+ potential in the first year

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify sales opportunities and promote our products and services.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and networking events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the residential construction or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
