As a Digital Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all digital campaigns run smoothly from beginning to end in your assigned market.

This is a full-time position based in our New York office and will operate in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage charting, trafficking, deployment, and reporting of all digital advertising campaigns.
  • Liaise with the sales team to assist in the execution of client concepts and strategies.
  • Monitor digital advertising campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Manage special requests and content deployment communicated from the sales and operations teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree desired but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to create reports and identify trends that support Finance, Sales, and Senior Management decisions.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Digital and Programmatic platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
