Job Title: Principal System Security Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented software engineer with expertise in real-time software design and security implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating secure software applications for missile systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply system security principles to design and implement hardened missile software applications
  • Develop software applications using C and C++ languages on various computing platforms
  • Understand real-time software design and performance implications associated with specific system security implementations
  • Develop test, automation, and build software for embedded software, typically in Python
  • Obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, or related engineering/science discipline and 8+ years of experience
  • Experience with Xilinx IDEs (SDK/Vitis, Vivado)
  • Experience with Xilinx Zynq MPSoCs, UltraScale+, or similar embedded processors
  • Experience with VxWorks 7 or similar embedded operating systems
  • Experience with C or C++
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing, implementing, testing, integrating, or fielding real-time security-oriented solutions on Department of Defense (DoD) programs (embedded experience highly preferred)
  • Experience in developing embedded security software
  • Experience with systems/software security concepts
  • Experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments
