We are looking for a Sales and Client Experience Specialist to join our team at the Knitwell Group in Gig Harbor, WA. This role will focus on driving revenue by providing clients with exceptional services and achieving individual goals that support store goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent client service by anticipating and exceeding client expectations
  • Build relationships with clients and create client loyalty
  • Address client concerns and come to resolution when possible

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry. A high school diploma or GED is required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
