Position Title: Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing accounts, driving sales, and managing projects. You will enjoy a competitive salary package along with benefits while focusing on sustaining current accounts and expanding your portfolio through identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Exhibit exceptional communication abilities
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion
  • Conduct regular visits and assessments of client locations
  • Establish and nurture client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Supervise assistant managers and operational teams
  • Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities

Performance Metrics:

  • Maintain Revenue Retention above 90%
  • Achieve 40%-75% of monthly contract sales
  • Initiate 2 new teams each month
  • Engage with clients 1-4 times monthly
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and management
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Reliable transportation is essential
