Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to management to inform business decisions.
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology or document solutions industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
