Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emergency and non-emergency communications, documenting critical information as needed.
- Effectively prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
- Oversee field technicians to optimize their schedules and time management.
- Schedule client appointments following established guidelines.
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
What We Seek:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a dispatching role.

- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8 AM - 5 PM
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation logistics of technicians.
- Monitor and adjust drivers' schedules throughout the day.
- Track technicians' start and end times.
- Maintain a detailed matrix of technicians' routes, start locations, tools, and qualifications to ensure optimal call assignments.
- Engage with drivers on a daily basis.
- Anticipate potential issues with routes and parts, making informed decisions promptly.
- Address special requests from customers regarding technician services.
- Order parts for unique customer requests.
- Manage technicians' vacation, sick leave, and weekend schedules.
- Follow up on all pending and recommended work.
- Forecast workload for the upcoming days.
- Communicate with customers regarding parts status and pending orders.
Qualifications:
- Dispatch experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A strong commitment to customer care and service excellence.
- Proven decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly communicate service offerings.
- High integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.
- Team-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills.
