In the role of Senior Product Manager for Advanced Data Capture (ADC) Retail Handheld Scanners, you will take charge of the evolution of handheld scanning devices tailored for the retail sector.

Collaborate closely with teams focused on devices, accessories, and software to evaluate next-generation technologies, crafting requirements and business cases that culminate in a well-rounded product offering.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing product definition, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management within a series of products.

This position requires you to lead interactions with all departments involved in the development, production, marketing, sales, and service of the product line, ensuring that customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify customer needs for your product line.
  • Transforming analysis into clear market requirements that outline product specifications, including functionality, feature prioritization, cost, sales volume, and profitability expectations.
  • Managing the product throughout its lifecycle, including performance analysis against financial plans.
  • Overseeing the end-of-life process to smoothly transition customers to next-generation products, minimizing revenue loss and obsolescence costs.

A Bachelor's degree is required.
