PrideStaff Incentives Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Incentives Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, customers, and third parties of assigned accounts.
  • Receive, research, and resolve client questions and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to client communications.
  • Identify potential customer service issues and proactively seek solutions with the supervisor.
  • Review fund transactions and ensure the client database is up-to-date.
  • Participate in creating a positive work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best.
  • Provide feedback on process effectiveness and suggest improvements to the supervisor.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret instructions in written or verbal form.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.


Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience required.


Physical Requirements:
  • Able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds and bend to retrieve files.
