Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brock Property Management, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Administrative Support: Manage customer service calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and prepare paperwork, documentations, reports, and mailings.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with the management team, clients, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, manage files, record systems, office supplies, and track inventory.
- Notary Services: Notarize documents for management as needed.
- Data Entry: Enter all incoming forms/correspondence into Tops Software to ensure client records are up to date.
- Miscellaneous: Perform miscellaneous data entry responsibilities and provide backup and assistance to the management team as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Tops Software experience a plus.
- Qualifications: Active notary; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; courteous and friendly with excellent phone skills.
