We're looking for an experienced Field Trainer to join our team, responsible for conducting trainings, ensuring accurate onboarding, and preparing team members for certification tests. This role requires a strong background in training, leadership, and communication.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000, with opportunities for bonuses and long-term incentives.

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Trainer to join our team at AWP Safety. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting trainings as necessary to support the needs of the business
  • Ensuring new team members are onboarded accurately and thoroughly on Day 1
  • Providing training and preparing new hires to pass certification tests
  • Preparing and evaluating team members to become certified drivers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of training in a variety of conditions including field and classroom
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take direction
  • Proficient using technology to perform system management, review, and editing
  • Ability to read and interpret written information clearly and accurately
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priority items
  • Proactive and confident to work independently, while maintaining strong teamwork skills
  • Experience with traffic control and safety devices preferred, but not required
