Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Center Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building a high-performance team that delivers outstanding service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services: You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and support for their vehicles.
  • Assist the Service Center Manager: You will work closely with the Service Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of the service center and make strategic decisions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: You will be the face of our organization, providing warm and friendly greetings to every guest who walks through our doors.
Requirements
  • Six months of supervisory experience: You will have a proven track record of leadership and management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of cash handling and safety procedures: You will be familiar with our policies and procedures for cash handling and facility safety.
  • Physical demands: You will be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb stairs as needed.
