The annual salary for this position is estimated at $175,000, taking into account the location in Marion, Ohio, and industry standards.

Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing treatment programs for inmates, conducting clinical assessments, and providing individual and group counseling sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising mental health departmental personnel, as well as making recommendations on employment and retention decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in psychology required
  • Appropriate certification or licensing necessary
  • Five years of clinical experience, with two years in a comparable position
  • CPR certification required
  • A valid driver's license in the state of Ohio, with an acceptable driving record
