Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead our engineering services team in delivering end-to-end global product engineering solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing employee workload and trainings, conducting daily touch points with each employee in your team, and conducting regular team meetings.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and organizational skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and working independently. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Time & Material and Tasked based projects of low complexity for work packages from our customers.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and encourage and monitor Productivity and Continuous Improvements as required for the customer work package.
  • Manage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction Feedback.
  • Work with Centers Technical Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to team members.
  • Create a team environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally and challenge themselves.
  • Support Hiring by conducting interviews as required and providing Hiring Manager with candidate feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related technical field preferred but not required.
  • 5-8 years of career experience.
  • 0-3 years experience in managing a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 trips to the office per month.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
