Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at the South East Alaska Regional Health Consortium. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide a range of treatment services to clients from birth to elder, including individual, group, family, and marital therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services such as intake/diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention
  • Act as a liaison with other agencies as required
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and assist in developing and monitoring treatment plans
  • Provide scheduled staff trainings/meetings and help staff integrate new information/practices into delivery of treatment services
  • Complete all required provider enrollment documentation as requested timely
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline from an accredited educational institution
  • In the process of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Valid State of Alaska Driver's License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Alaska State Chemical Dependency Counselor I or MAC certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working with clients with mental health and substance use disorders
