Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Sitka Counseling. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical services to clients participating in our LOC 3 residential program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide screening, assessment, and individual co-occurring treatment services to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Support the needs of the residential program and its staff through effective communication and training
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a behavioral health field (counseling, psychology, social work, etc.)
  • LPC/LCSW licensure
  • Alaska CDC I/BHC I certification (may be waived for one year)
  • Two years of direct mental health/substance abuse clinical experience
  • Cultural competency
  • Two years of supervisory experience (may be waived for one year)
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to clear fingerprint background check
