Compensation and Benefits

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Delta Companies, you will be offered a competitive salary range based on experience, with a minimum of $100,000 per year. Additionally, you will be eligible for relocation assistance of up to $20,000, negotiable based on individual needs. A sign-on bonus of 10% of your salary, negotiable, will also be provided. Furthermore, you will receive a retention bonus of 10% of your annual salary at the 2-year mark. We also offer student loan repayment through the NHSC-ISH program and a guaranteed annual base increase of up to 5% depending on inflation. Other benefits include educational reimbursement and a generous vacation time policy, allowing you to bank up to 400 hours, which can be carried over or paid annually. You will also have access to a gym and wellness program, with one day allotted per week, and onsite childcare.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be working in our outpatient treatment program, providing integrated substance use and behavioral health services to individuals 18 and older and their families struggling with addiction. Our care teams will support individuals on their healing journeys, assisting them in developing a customized plan to help them walk a healthier path in life. Our MAT program is available for the treatment of opioid use disorder, as well as alcohol and tobacco use disorders, using buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade) and naltrexone.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, including Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, or a PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. You will also need to obtain Alaska Clinical Licensure in your designated field within four years of hire. For Clinician II positions, you will need to meet all requirements of Clinician I, in addition to having two years of supervised clinical work experience for a master's level Behavioral Health, or two years of post-graduate clinical experience for a PhD or PsyD level, or demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I at SCF.
