Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Privia Health, a physician-led medical group dedicated to improving patient care and practice outcomes.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort while waiting to be registered or seen by the provider.
  • Document accurate demographic, insurance, and financial information in the computer system.
  • Collect patient insurance information and co-payments, ensuring compliance with clinic policy.
  • Meet daily collection goals, balancing monies and transactions entered in the system.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a receptionist, is preferred.
