Position: Nighttime Sanitation Staff - Overnights

Compensation: $15 per hour

Overview:
Pritchard Industries is looking for dedicated Event Maintenance Staff and Nighttime Sanitation Staff. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility during and after events. Your responsibilities will include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and restroom upkeep, among other duties to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and replenish restroom supplies continuously during events.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of suites, clubs, and premium areas.
  • Manage waste disposal, including trash, recyclables, and compost.
  • Ensure public and private areas remain clean and free of debris.
  • Oversee loading docks and service corridors for cleanliness.
  • Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Report any incidents or injuries to the supervisory team promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
