Job Overview

Grace Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our marketing efforts, develop strategic business plans, and foster strong relationships with customers and referral sources.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies, goals, and plans to meet budgetary volume projections.
  • Sales calls, evaluate results, and effectiveness of sales activity.
  • Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
  • Continuously conduct market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
  • Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
  • Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Grace Hospice.
  • Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in health care preferably hospice.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Ability to develop community relationships and partnerships.
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be goal and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and with others.
  • Supervisory experience.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
