Job Description:

As a key member of the Cynet Systems team, the Patient Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient scheduling and logistics operations for our cell treatment sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment sites, coordinating patient schedules and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with treatment sites and manufacturing sites to create and maintain accurate patient schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of patient care.
Troubleshoot and develop plans of action to address issues throughout the patient journey, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive end-to-end experience.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email, providing support and guidance as needed.
Execute exception processes, such as product returns and replacements, and input transactional data related to patient schedules into our scheduling system.
Train treatment sites on patient scheduling processes and document feedback from customers and partners as received.
Create and maintain master data in our account management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Participate in tactical and other meetings as assigned, facilitating daily operations activities and meetings, including shift turnover on a rotating basis.
Provide real-time scheduling portal support to external users and lead meetings with commercial matrix teams.
Raise escalations and execute as assigned, tracking assigned account health and providing insights into trends.
Comply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentation, establishing and maintaining a trusted relationship with our commercial matrix team and treatment sites.
Be accountable for individual performance, executing project tasks and working group tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Highly self-motivated, self-aware, and professional, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in groups, with flexibility in responding to quickly changing business needs.
Exceptional customer service orientation, skilled at managing tense situations and de-escalation.
Eager to work with teams from other regions and cultures, able to share workspace for independent and collaborative work.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a bachelor's degree or 3 years of work experience in customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
