Job Description

Eisai is a leading pharmaceutical company committed to addressing unmet medical needs and improving healthcare outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Neurology Account Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and profitability in the neurology market. This will involve building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding the complexities of Alzheimer's disease, and leveraging market and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clinical expertise in neurology and Alzheimer's disease to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals.
  • Build and execute business plans to meet or exceed brand strategic goals.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, local and regional market trends, product, and competitor knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong understanding of the healthcare delivery system.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
