Position Overview:

The Earned Value Management Product Manager will utilize their extensive knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) within an Agile framework to facilitate the acquisition, development, and maintenance of innovative technology initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with the program management team and the client EVM division to conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). The successful candidate will generate tailored and compliant status reports that reflect the overall health of the program and its associated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tasks and projects related to the product development lifecycle for digital solutions.
  • Employ advanced consulting skills or deep technical knowledge to devise creative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Work autonomously while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in EVM, Program Management, or IT Project Management.
  • At least 3 years' experience conducting EVM analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in establishing cost and schedule baselines for presentation at IBRs.
  • Understanding of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
  • Possession of a Top Secret clearance.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting programs focused on Cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipeline development, or software engineering.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
