Job OverviewThe Senior Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of T-Mobile's Solutions Engineers that support a team of sales professionals within the Enterprise, SMB, SLED, and Strategic sales teams. T-Mobile has built the wireless industry's premier Solutions Engineering team with deep expertise in Business IT environments.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in senior-level presentations to T-Mobile's strategic customers, providing managerial involvement required to help the sales teams close key accounts.
- Focus on Sales/Product strategies, including key initiatives of driving profitability and protecting and growing the Enterprise and Mid-Market account base.
- Uphold strategic partnerships with business partners to effectively achieve company objectives.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 4-7 years Wireless technology with broad understanding of product development, marketing, sales, and service models.
- Prior Leadership Experience (Preferred)
