Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Earned Value Management (EVM) Product Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in EVM to support the acquisition, development, and sustainment of cutting-edge technology programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage EVM business expertise in an Agile delivery setting to support program management teams and client EVM groups.
  • Produce compliant and customized status reports highlighting the overall health of programs and associated projects.
  • Manage tasks and initiatives associated with the product development life cycle for digital products and services.
  • Apply advanced consulting or technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Work independently with minimal direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with EVM, Program Management, or IT Project Management.
  • 3+ years of experience with EVM analysis.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Experience with developing cost and schedule baselines for IBRs.
  • Knowledge of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting programs focused on Cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipeline development, or software development.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clearance and Benefits

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Top Secret clearance is required. Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annualized USD.

Work Model

Our people-first culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in person or remotely. If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
