We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Support Representative II to join our team at Federal Express Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support to our equipment and facilities, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance support to equipment and facilities, including preventative and corrective maintenance processes.
  • Assist in the maintenance of company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a record of meeting discussions, action items, and task assignments on behalf of the maintenance team.
  • Perform budget and inventory analysis to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Office Administration preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience supporting equipment maintenance and repair, including an understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance processes.
  • Experience with company policies and procedures is preferred.
  • Forklift Certification preferred; the company will assist any incumbents that do not have the certification in obtaining.
Preferred Qualifications
  • General business skills, including typing, data entry, and review, as well as use of phone, copier, and fax.
  • Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
  • Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests.
Work Environment
  • Some travel may be required.
Pay Transparency

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
