Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations and Maintenance Technician to join our team at Anaergia's Rialto Bioenergy Solutions facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and maintaining plant equipment to ensure the facility meets key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate plant process equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safe industry practices.
  • Collect production data and adjust plant operating conditions to achieve production plans and goals.
  • Implement all site safety procedures and ensure contractors and coworkers follow safe work protocols.
  • Identify spare parts and consumables procurement needs and prepare requisitions for approval.
  • Support maintenance technicians in developing their skills and provide guidance on equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent.
  • BS with a technical focus or trade school certification.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Skills
  • Ability to understand and operate integrated plant systems.
  • Ability to process analytical plant production data to determine correct course of actions.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering specifications to maintain and fix equipment.
  • Identify tools, equipment, and parts necessary for repair and maintenance work.
