Job Summary

The Sales Operations Coordinator is a key member of the CCINTEGRATION INC team, responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team. This role involves coordinating with sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including order processing, record keeping, and response to customer inquiries.
  • Generate and update sales quotes, perform order entry and modification, and generate reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including backlog and backlog review for assigned customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales, finance, management, and other internal personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactively build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • At least one year of general work experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Ambitious, business-minded, and organized individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Onsite office environment with potential for minor travel.
