Job Title: Asset Coordinator

Join the City and County of San Francisco team as an Asset Coordinator, responsible for managing and optimizing airport assets to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage all SFO airport assets, including gates, hardstands, plots, baggage make-up units, check-in counters, roadways, and ground transportation products.
  • Ensure accurate utilization of airport assets and promote efficient operational flows to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with airlines, ground transportation providers, the FAA, and ground towers to promote efficient operations.
  • Partner with other Asset Coordinators in the Airport Integrated Operations Center (AIOC) to manage all airport assets.
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of full-time equivalent experience in program/office/operations management, budget development and/or administration, or contract/grant administration.
  • Strong experience in asset management and optimization, preferably at a large facility such as an airport, university, government building, or manufacturing facility.
  • Deep understanding of airport and airline operations strategies, responses, and considerations.
  • Ability to stay poised and deliver high-quality work while working on multiple concurrent initiatives.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $106,494 - $129,454 annually.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week, with shift times varying and requiring weekend and holiday work.
  • Onsite work at the San Francisco International Airport Airport Integrated Operations Center.

As an Asset Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the AIOC team, working collaboratively with all AIOC personnel, Airside, Landside, and Terminal Operations team members, and other SFO staff to monitor and manage operations, solve problems, generate innovative ideas, and share information across SFO teams.
