Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the property management team at Ascend Talent Solutions. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as the successful candidate will work closely with tenants to resolve issues and execute special requests.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing and tracking certificates of insurance, preparing and updating lease files, and coding and entering invoices into the accounting system. Additionally, this role will involve composing and sending tenant communications, planning and supporting tenant appreciation events, and providing administrative support to the property and asset management team.

Requirements for this position include 2 years of previous Administrative Coordinator experience, with commercial real estate experience being a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and possess a professional, reliable, and flexible attitude. Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills are also essential.
