Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Schulte Hospitality Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Department Staff: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet operational standards.
  • Direct and Assign Employees: Effectively direct and assign employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards, including food preparation, presentation, and delivery.
  • Oversee Food and Beverage Operations: In the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, oversee the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities.
  • Perform Department Opening and Closing Duties: Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed, including inventory management, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Reinforce Customer Service Mentality: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring all employees are focused on delivering exceptional service to our guests at all times.
  • Resolve Guest Requests: Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform various other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a restaurant or bar setting, leading shifts without supervision.
  • Certifications: Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
