Our venue spans two levels, includes two bars, and boasts a stunning patio with expansive views, accommodating up to 300 guests.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Dining Operations Manager. The individual in this role will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing team members, and continuously enhancing food and beverage services. Responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service standards and preserving the unique atmosphere of our venue. The role requires a commitment of five days a week, with a maximum of 50 hours, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Guest Service
  • Exceptional Hiring and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills for a team of 20 or more
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on Guest Relations
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • Prior experience in a similar managerial role is essential
