To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential:

  1. Highly organized and self-driven.
  2. Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to manage challenges professionally.
  3. Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and develop team members.
  4. Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
  5. High school diploma or equivalent.
  6. A minimum of 5 years of experience in general management.
  7. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  8. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  9. Understanding of food and beverage service standards.
  10. Knowledge of financial management, including payroll and inventory control.
  11. Experience with profit and loss management.
  12. Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure, including flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desirable:

  1. Fluency in Spanish.
  2. A college degree, preferably in hospitality or restaurant management.
  3. Experience in planning and executing special events.
