Job Summary

The Cumberland Hospitality Lead is responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all guests and visitors to Passion City Church's Cumberland location. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, creativity, and vision to maintain and improve all hospitality processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all catering needs for Sunday and weekday events, including individual team events and rehearsals.
  • Manage office hospitality environments, including contract support and logistics.
  • Coordinate run sheets and Door Holder schedules for Sunday and weekday hospitality experiences.
  • Support the hospitality team as needed in weekday House events.
  • Lead, recruit, train, and invest in the Door Holder team.
  • Provide oversight to the Hospitality Coordinator, including meeting/exceeding event goals and developing support systems.
  • Manage budget and build/maintain relationships with vendors, caterers, and chefs.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, logistics, creative and environmental vision, and experience.
  • Ability to establish strong professional relationships with peers, employees, and vendors.
  • Loves Jesus, the people of Passion City Church, the city of Atlanta, and the world.
  • Willingness to adapt and be flexible, while working above and beyond expectations.
  • Acts as an advocate of the culture and vision of Passion, effectively modeling and communicating these to team members.
  • Low drama, high-momentum, high-capacity, positivity, over-comer, dreamer, creative-can-do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
  • High level of initiative and ability to take a proactive approach to work.
