About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager for Private Real Estate Financing to join our team at Quantum Dynamics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and consulting with customers in financing new construction projects, as well as acquiring and/or modernizing existing properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquisition and consultation of customers in financing new construction projects, acquisition and/or modernization of existing properties, as well as prolongation of existing real estate financing on all possible distribution channels
  • Creation of customized offers and conducting comprehensive financing consultations, including risk management
  • Supporting projects, which are regularly designed with the involvement of customers and network partners, with your expertise
  • Identifying opportunities to use them for the bank's own business success
Requirements
  • Completed bank-specific training and further education as a bank specialist (m/f/d) or a qualification at a similar level
  • Extensive experience in mortgage financing consulting
  • Consultant personality with strong social skills, team and customer orientation, negotiation skills, and
