Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting thorough preoperative assessments to identify potential neurological risks
* Implementing and calibrating neuromonitoring equipment to optimize performance
* Continuously monitoring patients' neurological status during surgery and analyzing electrophysiological data to detect abnormalities
* Collaborating with the surgical team to optimize patient care and outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
* Current certification as a Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring Technologist (CNIM) or eligibility for certification
* A valid driver's license
* Current AHA CPR certification
