Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss, including theft and shrinkage.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, revenue, and inventory levels, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing. Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
