CCSI INC is seeking a Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a Family Support Specialist, you will provide short-term support to youth and their families who face significant mental health challenges.

You will assess the needs of the clients you serve, advocating for services and assisting youth and their families in accessing community and school-based services so that the student can find success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating planned intervention and collaborative problem-solving with students, families, school personnel, and community partners
  • Providing goal-driven service planning, school-based assessment, planned intervention, supportive counseling, case management, and ongoing documentation
  • Empowering clients by using clients strengths and informal support networks in service delivery
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's in a human services-related field with 3 years of related experience and/or advanced hours or training is required. Bi-Lingual, a plus.
