Job Title: Administrative/Operational Support Specialist

At The Rockridge Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Operational Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Sales Support: Process sales orders, research problems, and alert sales personnel to customer issues or complaints.
  • Warehouse Support: Respond to requests for information from drivers and warehouse personnel.
  • Check Processing: Process checks and cash daily, and research problem checks or submit them to the Credit Department for review.
  • Vendor Support: Process all billing, including products, samples, services, and sample chargebacks.
  • Document Management: Scan invoices into the DIP program and locate hardcopies of unscanned invoices as needed.
  • Project Support: Assist with various office projects, including daily, weekly, or monthly tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30lbs, walk daily to the warehouse and other departments, and reach and handle POS materials.
