Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty-Undergraduate I Surgical Technology to join our team at Baptist Health Sciences University. As a Surgical Technology Educator, you will be responsible for educating students in general education core, health studies, and professional courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the creation of a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, investigation, self-direction, and respect for individual uniqueness and strengths.
- Demonstrate a professional role within the discipline by remaining current with trends, issues, and practices.
- Develop and implement instructional experiences that support the mission and goals of the College and program.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Current certification in Surgical Technology or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
