About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Insero Talent Solutions in Rochester, NY. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for financial transactions, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Perform various financial tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations. Participate in internal and external audits as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
