Job Description

The Employee Benefits Account Manager plays a critical role in providing service associated with the administration of Employee Benefit policies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in client meetings and sales calls with brokers, employee enrollment meetings, and all departmental service meetings.
  • Servicing selected Group Agency Accounts, including reconciliation of claim issues, benefit inquiries, enrollment issues, and carrier premium billing discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of Employee Benefits and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, paid on an hourly basis ($34.00 - $38.46 per hour). The salary range provided is based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
