Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses in designated territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management: Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients, develop relationships with individual businesses and the community, and position the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations, and actively generate new leads through various prospecting activities.
  • Customer Retention: Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience, and maintaining and building customer relationships to drive customer retention.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field
  • Skills: Consultative Selling, IP Networks, IT Network Security, Cybersecurity Strategies
