Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Excelligence Learning. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for our educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and nurture top-of-funnel leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities, working closely with Regional Sales Directors to identify high-priority accounts.
- Conduct thorough research on regional, state, and district funding streams to offer customized solutions that meet the specific needs of educational institutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through consistent outreach efforts, ensuring seamless communication and data accuracy.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated and goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
